Waste Management Program Leader

We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Resource Recovery Program Leader (Level 7) to join our waste transfer team.

Operating waste transfer stations at Humpty Doo, Howard Springs and Berry Springs, the Council ensures that its operations have a great culture valuing teamwork and celebrating success.

Working alongside a team of experienced operators, this role promises a wide scope of duties in the waste management space where you will take an active role in managing Litchfield Council's relationship and interactions with the community.

In this diverse role, you will be responsible for building a high performing team and promoting and supporting our waste management programs and strategies. You will play a vital role in the Council, working with key members of the leadership team.

We are looking for an experienced manager with a background in operations and waste management. Ideally you hold a tertiary qualification in Waste Management or a related discipline. You are an inspiring and empowering leader who can bring out the best in others and build a cohesive, productive workforce.
